Role Description
You'll own growth from first touch to paid — building the systems that turn developer curiosity into active, paying teams.
What you will do:
Own growth end to end — from first touch to activation to paid — with a product-led motion at the core.
Build the experiments, funnels, and analytics that turn developer curiosity into paying teams.
Partner with product and DevRel to make the product itself the best growth channel.
Set the growth strategy and build the small team to execute it.
Who you are:
You've driven growth at a developer-first or PLG company and have the numbers to show it.
You're equally comfortable in a SQL query, an experiment doc, and a positioning debate.
You understand how developers discover, evaluate, and adopt tools.
You're a builder who'd rather ship an experiment than write a plan about one.
